Gift Cards

In the following terms & conditions “the Photographer” shall mean Nina Brugnara trading as Nina Brug Photography. “The Client(s)” shall be those persons using the photographic services of Nina BrugPhotography. These terms and conditions cannot be varied in any way by the Client(s) unless such conditions are expressly agreed by the Photographer in writing.

Terms & Conditions of use.

Gift Cards general Terms & Conditions;

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

• Sessions must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance and are based on photographer availability.

• Your gift card must be kept in a safe place and presented at the time of booking your photography session (either by phone picture, email or in person) to verify that you are the gift voucher holder.

• The photography session is to be held at a time and location agreed to by the photographer.

• Outdoor Sessions: The location shall be discussed and agreed upon between the parties and must be within 15 miles of Egham otherwise reasonable travel charges may apply.

• Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and the session must be booked for a date within this 12 month period.

• Gift Cards can only be used at Nina Brug Photography for photographic services.

• Gift Cards can only be used once and you may not exchange your gift voucher for cash or other services.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards and replacement is at the sole discretion of Nina Brug Photography. Refunds will not be given for a gift card.

• Only the original gift card is accepted and a damaged voucher may not be accepted.

• Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers and are non-transferable. You may not sell your gift card and it may not be used in sales or promotional activities including giveaways, or prizes in competitions without our prior consent. We reserve the right to cancel any gift card that we suspect has been resold or obtained in connection with an unauthorised sales or promotional activity.

• All gift card holders must sign a legally binding photography contract with Nina Brug Photography, before any photographic or print services will be administered. Without a signed contract, the gift card holder does not have the rights to any services provided by Nina Brug Photography, and does not have the right to use the gift card in exchange for any photographic or print services.

• Gift cards are issued by, and remain the property of Nina Brug Photography.

• Nina Brug Photography reserves the right to amend these gift cards terms and conditions from time to time with no prior notice.

Gift Cards for a package; The gift card entitles the holder to use in a single photography session or only and includes the items or amount as detailed in the information section on your invoice/our website (at the time of ordering) for the session/amount you have selected. Should the holder wish to upgrade their package (from the package/amount on their gift card), this can be done at the booking time or at their viewing and the value of the holders gift card shall be used as credit towards their upgraded package.  

Cancellation: The gift card will be forfeited if the holder does not attend their appointment session. Rescheduling, and carrying over your gift card may be considered where (1) more than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given and (2) if there is a genuine reason beyond your control. Any such rescheduling and carrying-over is entirely at the sole discretion of Nina Brug Photography.

Expired Gift Vouchers: Gift cards are non-refundable and it is the holder’s responsibility to book their session within good time. We recommend contacting us to book your session at least 4 weeks before your gift card is due to expire, as we do get booked up well in advance.
